I’ve learned that results take years, whether to improve skill, increase strength, and/or change your body composition. My favorite athletic achievement is that I’m still in the game (the weights game) consistently, after 20+ years. Rather than talking about an event that occurred randomly, years ago, during a short phase in my life.
