CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
I’m new to the fitness industry. I am not naturally athletic, but I have fully embraced the CrossFit lifestyle. I played soccer in high school, but after graduation, I was mostly sedentary for the next 10 years. I stumbled into a CrossFit gym for the first time in 2021. I was overweight and very out of shape. I immediately fell in love with the sport and the local gym community. Pretty quickly, I started losing fat while building muscle, gaining confidence, and forming lifelong friendships. As I age, my fitness continues to improve. After three years as a CrossFit athlete, I decided to take the next step to become a CrossFit coach. My motivation to coach was to learn more about the sport and help others in their fitness journeys. A few of my favorite movements are deadlifts, cleans, kettlebell swings, and rowing. When not at the gym, I work full time as a veterinarian and enjoy reading and spending time with my husband.
